Refund Policy
Development and consulting services
The initial 50% paid on signing the proposal is non-refundable once development has started, since it covers the capacity block reserved by our team and the initial deliverables (architecture, design and setup).
The remaining 50% is billed on delivery and acceptance of the agreed scope. No refund applies on deliverables completed and accepted by the client.
If, due to a cause attributable to Aura Dynamic Solutions LLC, a deliverable cannot be completed within the proposed timeline, we offer a proportional credit for future services or a partial refund of the latest undelivered milestone.
Aura Lab — learning platform subscription
The Aura Lab subscription is billed on a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel it at any time from your account; upon cancellation you keep access until the end of the period already billed and no further charges are made.
Full refund if you request cancellation within the first 7 calendar days from the first charge, by writing to hola@auradynamicsolution.site.
No refunds are issued for periods already billed once the first 7 days have elapsed, nor partial refunds for fractional use of the month.
How to request a refund
Write to hola@auradynamicsolution.site indicating the email associated with your account or invoice. We reply within 24 business hours. Approved refunds are credited within 5 to 10 business days depending on your payment method.

Política de reembolso
Servicios de desarrollo y consultoría
El 50% inicial pagado al firmar la propuesta no es reembolsable una vez comenzado el desarrollo, ya que cubre el bloque de capacidad reservado por nuestro equipo y los entregables iniciales (arquitectura, diseño y configuración).
El 50% restante se factura al entregar y aceptar el alcance acordado. No aplica reembolso sobre entregables completados y aceptados por el cliente.
Si por causa imputable a Aura Dynamic Solutions LLC un entregable no puede ser completado dentro del cronograma propuesto, ofrecemos crédito proporcional para futuros servicios o reembolso parcial del último avance no entregado.
Aura Lab — suscripción a la plataforma educativa
La suscripción a Aura Lab se cobra de forma mensual recurrente. Puedes cancelarla en cualquier momento desde tu cuenta; al cancelar mantienes acceso hasta el final del período ya facturado y no se realizan cargos posteriores.
Reembolso completo si solicitas la cancelación dentro de los primeros 7 días naturales desde el primer cobro, escribiendo a hola@auradynamicsolution.site.
No se realizan reembolsos de períodos ya facturados una vez transcurridos los primeros 7 días, ni reembolsos parciales por uso fraccionado del mes.
Cómo solicitar un reembolso
Escribe a hola@auradynamicsolution.site indicando el correo asociado a tu cuenta o factura. Respondemos en menos de 24 horas hábiles. Los reembolsos aprobados se acreditan en 5 a 10 días hábiles dependiendo de tu medio de pago.
