Terms of Service
1. About this document
These terms govern the use of the site auradynamicsolution.site and the engagement of the services and products offered by Aura Dynamic Solutions LLC (hereafter, "Aura Dynamic"). By engaging a service or subscribing to Aura Lab you accept these terms.
2. Professional services
Aura Dynamic provides custom software development, integrations, automations and consulting services. Each project is governed by a signed proposal that describes scope, timeline, deliverables and fees.
Standard billing is 50% on signing the proposal and 50% on delivery. Intellectual property of the deliverable transfers to the client once the total agreed amount has been paid, except for open-source tools and libraries used, which retain their original licence.
3. Aura Lab — learning platform
Aura Lab is a library of on-demand video courses. Access is granted via a recurring monthly subscription. The content is educational and professional; it does not constitute coaching, mentoring or personalised advice.
You are not permitted to share your account credentials, redistribute downloaded content outside individual personal/professional use, or use fragments of the material in third-party educational programmes without written authorisation.
4. Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. Aura Dynamic does not store card data. Prices are expressed in USD unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes, where relevant, are added at the moment of charging.
5. Refunds and cancellations
See our Refund Policy for details. In summary: services follow the rules of the signed proposal; the Aura Lab subscription can be cancelled at any time from your account and allows a full refund within the first 7 days.
6. Limitation of liability
Aura Dynamic delivers services "as is" according to the agreed scope. We do not guarantee specific economic outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control. Aura Dynamic's total liability to the client shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the service in dispute during the previous 12 months.
7. Human supervision of AI systems
Systems with AI components that we deliver are designed to assist people, not to make autonomous financial decisions. The client is responsible for configuring appropriate human supervision according to the criticality of each workflow.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all business information shared during the project as confidential. This obligation also extends to personal data the client entrusts to us, pursuant to our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Aura Dynamic Solutions LLC is registered. Any dispute shall be attempted to be resolved first amicably and, failing that, before the competent courts.

Términos de servicio
1. Acerca de este documento
Estos términos regulan el uso del sitio auradynamicsolution.site y la contratación de los servicios y productos ofrecidos por Aura Dynamic Solutions LLC (en adelante, "Aura Dynamic"). Al contratar un servicio o suscribirte a Aura Lab aceptas estos términos.
2. Servicios profesionales
Aura Dynamic presta servicios de desarrollo de software a medida, integraciones, automatizaciones y consultoría. Cada proyecto se rige por una propuesta firmada que describe alcance, cronograma, entregables y honorarios.
La facturación estándar es 50% al firmar la propuesta y 50% al entregar. La propiedad intelectual del entregable se transfiere al cliente una vez pagado el total acordado, salvo herramientas y bibliotecas open-source utilizadas, que conservan su licencia original.
3. Aura Lab — plataforma educativa
Aura Lab es una biblioteca de cursos en video on-demand. El acceso se otorga mediante una suscripción mensual recurrente. El contenido es educativo y profesional; no constituye coaching, mentoría ni asesoría personalizada.
No está permitido compartir las credenciales de tu cuenta, redistribuir el contenido descargado fuera del ámbito personal/profesional individual, ni utilizar fragmentos del material en programas educativos de terceros sin autorización escrita.
4. Pagos
Los pagos se procesan a través de Stripe. Aura Dynamic no almacena datos de tarjeta. Los precios están expresados en USD salvo indicación expresa. Los impuestos aplicables, si corresponden, se agregan al momento del cobro.
5. Reembolsos y cancelaciones
Consulta nuestra Política de reembolso para los detalles. En resumen: los servicios siguen las reglas de la propuesta firmada; la suscripción a Aura Lab se puede cancelar en cualquier momento desde tu cuenta y permite reembolso completo dentro de los primeros 7 días.
6. Limitación de responsabilidad
Aura Dynamic entrega los servicios "tal cual" según el alcance acordado. No garantiza resultados económicos específicos, ya que dependen de factores fuera de nuestro control. La responsabilidad total de Aura Dynamic frente al cliente no excederá el monto efectivamente pagado por el servicio en disputa durante los 12 meses previos.
7. Supervisión humana de sistemas con IA
Los sistemas con componentes de inteligencia artificial que entregamos están diseñados para asistir a personas, no para tomar decisiones financieras autónomas. El cliente es responsable de configurar la supervisión humana adecuada según la criticidad de cada flujo.
8. Confidencialidad
Tratamos como confidencial toda información de negocio compartida durante el proyecto. Esta obligación se extiende también a los datos personales que el cliente nos confíe, conforme a nuestra Política de privacidad.
9. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes aplicables en la jurisdicción de registro de Aura Dynamic Solutions LLC. Cualquier disputa se intentará resolver primero por la vía amistosa y, en su defecto, ante los tribunales competentes.
